Summersville Baptist Church has been blessed with amazing facilities. Please contact the church office for more information about using the church for a wedding, reunion, or event you may be planning.

The church is available to use by both members and

non-members. Please read the rental policies, complete the reservation application (click button to the right to download documents in pdf), and return it to the church office.

**Please note that all reservation applications are subject to availabilty on the church calendar and approval from the Trustee Board. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. It is the applicant's responsibility to follow up on the status of the application after submitting it to the church office. Applications should be received by the church secretary two weeks prior to the reservation date. Exceptions may be made, subject to approval from the Trustee Board and payment of a Convenience Fee in the amount of $50.
